Quality Assurance Chemist
Responsibilities include review and validation of inorganic and organic data using EPA Guidelines, data entry tabulation, and report writing. The qualified Scientist will have a B.S. in chemistry or equivalent, environmental laboratory experience, and computer data entry skills. Applicants should possess knowledge in data validation and in the computer programs Excel, Word, and Access. Previous experience validating environmental data, and performing analytical laboratory analyses is preferred. Excellent organization, communication and writing skills are necessary. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a project team. FT, EOETop
Responsibilities include: answering telephones, organizing and responding to email, typing reports, agendas, correspondence memoranda and other correspondence, keeping the appointment calendar, and performing other secretarial and clerical services in support of staff. Will be responsible for keeping appointment calendar, making reservations, answering telephones, processing expense reports, and will professionally handle inquiries. Requires PC skills and software knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. This position requires 3-5 year’s clerical support experience with typing 50-80 wpm. A Business school secretarial certificate or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.Top
